MARC by Andrew Marc dress sz 2

Andrew Marc dress in most vibrant bordering on neon colors. Upper part of dress can be adjusted for more modest keyhole or wider for the daring, back zip. One pic shows the neon green lining, dress fully lined. I got so many compliments when I wore it! I’ve been holding on to this in vain hoping fit again but not gonna happen lol Sz 2 and will fit a small 4 as well. Flat measurements; waistband 13”, length (shoulder to bottom of skirt) 38”
