Marc New York/Andrew Marc Skirt Set, Size S & M - Mismatched size. 2 pieces - Top & Skirt Powder blue with accordion folds all around. Poly spandex blend, washable. No stitching on the hems, they're raw finish. Top is a size small. Small ruffle around the neck with a self-tie. Elastic on the short sleeve cuffs, slightly puffy. Skirt is a size medium. Wide waistband. Ends below the knees on most. 2 small picks on the waistband. There was golden hardware piece there but it was broken and removed. See photos.
