luxurybrandsusa @lbstoner Hey there as your friend requested a cancellation we managed to intercept the item and informed Poshmark to cancel it, once someone on here starts to be rude and offensive we block them, maybe advise your friend to be a nicer human being in the future as we don’t tolerate such behavior. We already informed Poshmark that we stopped the shipment which was also a nightmare but we did it anyway. Happy Easter 🐣

lbstoner My friend says: the item does NOT show that it has been refunded. As far as being rude, your communication should have been better. Until the refund shows this will continue to be elevated since you have not been truthful in this situation.

luxurybrandsusa @lbstoner @lbstoner Poshmark have been messaged to refund the money after your friend sent multiple messages asking for the order to be cancelled. Poshmark informed your friend that the order formed part of a legally binding contact yet we as a gesture of good faith intercepted the package. Tell your friend she will now have to wait for Poshmark to refund her back as they have her money not us.

luxurybrandsusa As you already informed us it would be a nightmare but again we did exactly what was initially asked of us, so either way we can’t win not please your friend in this situation and now both you and her are causing unnecessary drama. We have certainly not been untruthful as Poshmark will confirm we don’t need this sale, we will not report you for harassment to Poshmark.
