MARC JACOBS Black Rubber Rain Boots

These matte black sturdy rubber boots feature a buckle on outer side of calf and a faint skull design on outer side of heel. They are definitely Preloved, but have so much life left! The majority of the wear is the scuffing all along inner sides of boots. But there are other minor scratches/scuffs and blemishes throughout. To be honest they look worse in the pics than they do when being worn. Manufacturing defect: seams have excess rubber not smoothed down in all spots.
