savvyposhseller @jadellasbox Had it been 3 days since they received the item ? I believe the customer has 3 days to accept the item and if they don’t do anything then POSH automatically releases your money to you...

savvyposhseller @jadellasbox Per Posh policy the buyer has 3 full days from the time the item is delivered to them to either accept the purchase or report an issue - if the do not respond at all - on the 4th day Posh will automatically release funds - hope this helps
