MAEVE Sheer Polka Dot Ruffle Blouse

Anthropology brand MAEVE Sheer Polka Dot Ruffle Blouse. Ruffles at turtle neck & shoulders. Sleeveless with single elastic hoop & button closure back of neck. Extra button attached to care tag label. At upper chest it’s fitted but with super stretch accordion style stitching. Then rest of blouse flares out like a bell or A-Line style. Blouse main color is a navy blue and the polka dots are orange & tan. Size tag says US 4, but this would fit better on a medium. Will be extra baggy/loose on a XS/S. Can fit sizes 6-10. Very delicate & whimsical blouse. Can be perfect for work w/ camisole under & skirt or for regular use dressed down w/ jeans. Like new condition. Only worn 3 times. Open to offers.
