This is the Sweet LITTLE MAID DOLL, by Madame Alexander. She is a Storybook Doll, made only from 1987 - 1988. Very few people realize that she was inspired by a Mother Goose Nursery Rhyme. She has a very full petticoat under her striped dress.,and matching pantaloons. She is carrying a pail because she is going to milk a cow. She comes in her original box and with a hanging tag. She’s an 8” doll and comes with a stand. Her eyes open and close and her head turns. Her arms move up and down. NOTE: We “tug test” all MA dolls to be sure the head, arms and leg bands are attached.
