@lpetites, before you contacted me recently, Poshmark reached out to me to tell me that due to the non-communication, they would reach out to you, but that I had to option to cancel my order. Obviously I didn't, but it looks like they've reached out to you again. While I appreciate their willingness to help, it was not at my request.

I just checked my bank statement/debit card that's linked to my Poshmark account, but haven't seen any refund as of yet. How does this work? Do you contact Poshmark or do I? I still would very much like those items.

@jbjackson69 Poshmark refunds when they cancel it. Click on News from the top then click on your closet name on the bottom right then click on purchases then click on the cancelled order to view details. Hope that helps.

@jbjackson69 Hi, Poshmark doesn’t pay us until after you receive & accept the purchase. They should have already refunded you. To message them click on your profile name on the bottom right then click purchases then click on the cancelled order. From there scroll down and click problem with order then there should be a topic about refund to message them.

@jbjackson69 Hello Ms.Jaqueline, I ended up Re-packaging your package to include an upgraded gift to the order (complete eyeshadow palette of blues plus more). Delayed in doing so because of my rare disorder which paralyzes my hands. It is complete & will be scanned by USPS first thing tomorrow morning. I just hope Poshmark doesn’t cancel it before then.
