belleringeratx @toml3 Hello, I cannot send your mascara until you accept the shipment I sent you. And, I just want you to understand that I have no control over your transaction. Once you bought these earrings, I could not reverse payment and my duty was to send what you ordered. Because I am a fair person, I have agreed to send MAC mascara at my cost as a gesture of good will.

belleringeratx @toml3 This is going to cost me money for shipping, and the cost of mascara is actually of greater value than the item you ordered at full cost. So, I am losing money on the MAC mascara as well. That is fine, your satisfaction is my priority. In order for funds to be released from your purchase of earrings you must accept the item. In addition, I have concern that you are going to leave me a bad review unfairly - which I would contest, but affects my business in future.
