MAC AND ME TOP WRAP

NWT! Pink and white boho flowy front tie top. The arms are very roomy and balloon like with cuffs at the wrists. can be worn over a swim suit, tank or tshirt with white pants so cute! This is oversized for a small. I'm happy to get measurements. 😀
