M to S Big Mac coveralls--tag cut out

This is a set of Big Mac coveralls that appear to be Medium to Large, but I can't tell, because the tag has been cut out. I know that they didn't fit me and I wear a large, so that's why I'm calling them M to S. From hip to hip at the belt line they measure 18 inches, with a 28 inch inseam.
