mchtrng @courtf68 hi there! I’m not sure what size it would fit since this skirt is meant to be low waisted maybe it was made wider than I expected for the size. I have the flat measurements in the pics! And it hasmoderate amount of stretch. It’s a nice, thick material so not super stretchy
