Unclear what exactly this piece was intended to be - I believe it’s a skirt, but I’ve worn it as a very mini dress and shirt as well. Stretch inner knit with tiers of silk floral print. Two side tides. Zipper down back. Size It 42 / US 6. In good used condition. There is a hole in the zipper seam that could be easily repaired.
