M. Depose hand painted vase

This face is by M. Depose. It’s from Belgium and his hand painted. It’s a turquoise background with gold trim and it’s got a beautiful bird with floral around the rest. It’s in great condition. There are a couple spots, but they’re hardly noticeable and they’re on the backside
