Waist is lined with soft stretchy knit black fabric and has a pocket inside for small item(s) that is about 4" wide x 3.5" deep. Waist is 13" laid flat unstretched. Rise - from crotch seam to top of waist is 10" Hips 18" laid flat unstretched, Inseam is 26.75" EXCELLENT near NEW condition! Worn a couple of times!!
