Luzabelle Off Shoulder Navy Blue Sailor Top

This off the shoulder top is by a brand called Luzabelle. I bought this off of the Nasty Gal website. It is dark navy blue and has some slight ruffle detailing along the arms and has a tie at the front which can be left hanging or tied into a bow. I think this top has a cute sailor look to it. I've only worn this twice, it is still like new as all my items are. I have washed it once. All of my items are clean and come from a pet free/smoke free home.
