Luxxel red mini skirt

I'm honestly not sure if this is supposed to be a shirt or a skirt, but my intention was to wear it as a skirt. It's very tight fitted, but stretchy. Looks really cute as a skirt with the ruffles on the bottom. Size medium, but if wearing as a skirt, then it fits more like a small, but again very stretchy.
