Luxury jesters hat

If you periodically need to dress up in costumes, but you don’t like to go to a lot of trouble, this jester hat might be perfect for you. I’m pretty sure I bought it at Hats in the Belfrey on South Street in Philadelphia at least 30 years ago. I have worn it maybe 5 times since then. The elastic is still in great condition. This will fit a medium to an extra large adult head. I have an xl-large head for a woman and there’s still room for the elastic to stretch more. Tell me if you need me to measure the minimum and maximum stretch. The fabric is really nice cotton velvet. I’ve added crinkled paper as stuffing for body, but you can adjust how much filler you put in the arms, which are open to the inside. There is a jingle bell sewn on each tip. Five of the fabrics are solid colors and the sixth one is Paisley. Non-smoking home.
