Luxury Co full pleated a-line full circle skirt Medium NWOT

Stunning brocade skirt in black and gold, featuring large full box pleats, hidden side seam pockets, inner grosgrain ribbon waist band trim, concealed back zip with hook&eye closures. Length is 29”, Waist laying flat is about 15”. No stretch, structured heavy fabric that hold full shape beautifully- skirt looks full without the need to wear a crinoline. Luxury brand, purchased from Neiman Marcus, however I’ve fluctuated in weight so much every time I’ve wanted to wear this it never fit, so it’s never been worn, and is in brand new condition, but no tags.
