Luxury Boutique Blue Plaid Peacoat

NWOT. Worn once to try on. This coat is HEAVY and LONG. Perfect unique peacoat for the winter. I am 5’7 for reference and I don’t think this coat would work for anyone shorter as it is very close to touching the ground for me when I tried it on.
