Luxology Floral Convertible Puff Sleeve Dress

This yellow, floral, puff sleeved dress is so gorgeous on! There is a smocked waist in the back, and flattering seams to add shape in the bodice. Sleeves can be on or off of the shoulder, and as puffed as you like! Photos do not do this dress justice!
