Luxe by Seraphine Danielle Lace Pleat Dress Color Pale Blue Size 4 I adored this dress, but have a bit of a wide rib cage for my size and it was just a little too tight! There is some stretch to the bust, but not the waist, so I tried to give as accurate a measurement as I could. New with tag, no flaws noted.
