Lighting shows the variation in the colour, but I would call it a grey/black. Lunya stock photos just for reference. Item is not red or navy blue. Waist measurement 15 1/2 inches flat lay stretched out to roughly 20 inches with the elastic waistband. Top measures approximately 19 1/2 inches pit to pit.
