Lunn by Lilith 3 Layer Tulle Midi Skirt Drop Waist Pleated Decorative Trim

I wore this as an underskirt like a crinoline but it is lined so it can be worn alone as well. Khaki (tan with the tiniest hint of green) full swing skirt in midi length. Elasticized pull on style with dropped waist and pleating. ***Please note this does have some pulls. They are mostly hidden in the folds. Shown close up in last pictures some pilling on trim. I estimate this to be a size Small Waist stretches up to 32". Measurements are in pics. I'm happy to answer any Qs
