One is used in great condition and does not come with a cleaning head on lumi, and the other is in new condition. Comes with stand and charger. **item sold 2 days ago, when I was trying to package items...I dropped a charger stand. the holder/top piece broke. I glued it back, and the charger still works. There is a possibility it may not hold and need to be either replaced or purchase a new stand.
