Lulu's white cross dress with shoulder pads

Purchased this used on Poshmark, seller listed as a size large but I think its a size small. I wear a 6-8 and this was too tight. length - 32.5 bust - 17" waist 13.6 hips - 16 sleeve is 18" from pit to hem. Long sleeve. This is a white dress thats used, its not perfect. There is pilling in cetain areas like the shoulders (im guessing from the original owner's purse). This dress is perfect for a bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, or maybe your wedding shower?
