Lulu’s red ruffle dress

Beautiful red dress from Lulu’s with ruffle retail at hem and adjustable straps. Keyhole opening in the front is also adjustable via the tie. Never worn, only washed. Too short for me (5’6” with average length legs) so would be great for someone on the shorter side! Really pretty and wish I could wear it!
