Very pretty shimmery royal blue dress in like new condition worn once. Size XS- approximately 14 across chest, 12 across waist, 31 long. The neckline was too low for my daughter so I had seamstress add black mesh fabric in front and it worked beautifully. She also added cups so no bra needed. Super cute fit and flare style.
