Lulus navy blue wrap maxi dress

This is a re-posh. The previous owner cut the hem themselves (see the pic of it on her and the last pic). It did not end up fitting me and therefore I have no use for it. Other than the hem it’s in great condition! It has a tie in the back that is adjustable. It’s super cute and flowy and has a bit of a slit so your leg may show. I’m open to offers however I paid $45 for it so please keep that in mind before sending me low balls.
