Lulus maxi dress blue size XS

Beautiful blue vneck dress. Size XS but is a bit flowy so can fit a size small. Small pulls in the chest area because I had to pin it together - not sure if this was just my body or how the dress was made. Slit in front and has so much beautiful movement! Measurements ~ 12 inches across the waist ~ 55 inches from the top of the fabric to the floor There's extra fabric on the sleeves and they're adjustable. I wore high heels and was fine with the length without altering.
