Lulus dress, navy chiffon like fabric, fully lined, size small, open back. Measures 30”, not including adjustable straps. Halter type neckline. Very open back with criss cross skinny straps. Full skirt. Worn twice. Washable, we did not put in dryer. No pilling, tears, stains. Zipper and hook all functional. Cat friendly home.
