Lulu's cobalt blue size S shift style dress

Classic shift style dress in Cobalt Blue from Lulu's. Size small. I'm 5'10 and it was pretty darn short on me so anyone shorter it would be just right! Still has the tag on and never been worn. Would fit like a size 2 to 4.
