Lulu’s black ruffle mini v-line dress.

Condition- Never worn but is missing the tag!! I bought this for a high school Hoco awhile back and never put it on or went with it. It is a beautiful dress just wasn’t the right fit for that dance. The lining and material on the dress is great, and has adjustable straps on the sides. Great for any occasion as well!
