@joyrydn98 hi! My apologies I’m getting these measurements to you so late! Both the waist and the bust has elastic. Laying flat and unstretched, the waist is approximately 13.5 inches, it can stretch to about 16 maybe even 17 inches. The bust is 14 inches laying flat and unstretched, it can stretch to 18 maybe 19 inches. Hips are about 18.5 inches across. I hope this helps!!
