@elles_swagger Hi! This may fit her. I honestly love this jacket but I feel it runs a little bit small. Exterior measurements while laid flat: shoulder to shoulder seam - 14 3/4 inches, underarm to underarm seam - 18 inches, bottom- 16 1/2 inches.
