Lulus Sparks of Love Metallic Blue Cutout Dress

Never worn blue metallic cutout dress from Lulus in a size small. The model pictures on the website make it look like the dress is green which is why I bought it, not realizing that it says “blue” is the color. Super sparkly, perfect for the holidays!
