Lulus Slate Blue Women’s Chiffon Dress

Chiffon lined dress. Tie back. Size medium. Back zipper works. No tags so don’t know fabric or how to wash. Maybe I wasn’t supposed to use fabric softener because there is discoloration on the dress, but the only one noticeable is on the front chest of dress. (See last photo). Non smoking home and pet free
