Banded waist tops high-waisted trousers with wide, tulip legs. Elasticized open back with hidden zipper. Lined. Self: 100% Rayon. Lining: 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex. NOTE: I bought this a long time ago (but only wore a few times so it's in great condition) - I may or may not have gotten this hemmed at the tailor but truly don't remember. I'm 5'4 and it hits nicely if I wear heels. Measurements for inner inseam and from waist to bottom are in pictures. Waist measurement also included but that was not tailored.
