Lulu's New Era Navy Blue Shift Dress

EUC, only worn twice. It has side zippers, and a slight high-low look to it. Lulu's called the color navy blue. Its definitely a dark blue, but not a traditional navy. In the right light it can look more like a dark royal blue.
