Lulu’s 'Midnight Memories' Black High-Waisted Maxi Skirt XS

This skirt is NWOT! I bought it for an event... which I then did not attend. So the tags were removed, but it has never been worn. It is in like-new, excellent condition-- if not a bit wrinkled from living in my closet for several years. There is, however, a weird cut in the brand label-- I have no memory of what this is from or if it came like that. High-waisted, gathered maxi skirt with a side slit and a bit of elastic at back, so it fits comfortably to your size. Hidden back zipper. Fully lined. Suitable for both casual or evening wear. This skirt is made with a lot of fabric-- making it extremely swishy, full, and (potentially) dramatic.
