Lulu’s Mellie Burgundy Striped Knotted Front Cutout Dress

This is a gently used dress by Lulu’s. It’s a bodycon type fit, with a tie in the front. I wore it to a 90’s concert and it was a hit! There are no stains, holes or snags and it comes from a smoke free home.
