voyage44 Hi, thanks for your interest in this dress. The waistband measurement is 14 inches across, from seam to seam. It has a bit of stretch, but not very much. I typically wear about a 30-31 waist, and it is getting to be too tight in the waist for me. I'm sending you a private offer if you are still interested.
