Lulus Heavenly Blue Maxi Dress - BRAND NEW with tags

I bought this adorable dress as a bridesmaids dress for a wedding and we ended up needing a different color for the event. I failed to return it on time so my loss is your gain! Size small. Never worn and tags are still attached. No flaws/stains. It’s a really cute dress on / fits well.
