Lulus Forever Be Black Floral Jacquard Ruffled Maxi Dress. Small. NWT

Absolutely beautiful NWT Lulus dress, size small, black, high low hem with ruffles, top layer of skirt is a light weight see through chiffon fabric with floral details, with a solid shorter-in-length black slip fabric underneath. Skirt layer fabrics do not provide stretch. Has a hidden side zipper. The thin shoulder strap is adjustable, the thicker strap is not, however the top still fits great. I would say this dress fits true to size. I personally do not prefer a fitted dress in the hip/butt area on me, which is why I am re-poshing this gorgeous NWT find. Would be perfect for a wedding guest dress!
