High waist tops an overlapping skirt that secures with a side tie and falls to a dramatic maxi hem. So pretty and material feels thick (good quality). Pattern is beautiful. New with tags, still in the original packaging. It just doesn't look right on my skin tone. Needs to find a new home with someone who will actually wear it!
