Bust measures about 14.5, waist about 13.5
From the website-
Length: Floor length. Size small measures 56.5" from straps. Dress Measures 20" Longer At Back.
Bust: Works best for A to C cup sizes - consider sizing up for fuller bust.
Waist: Fitted - very fitted at natural waist.
Hip: Fitted - consider sizing up for fuller hips.
Fabric: Fabric has no stretch.

@swapnika6 I think you’d be okay. I am the same weight but a 34C and the dress fit great. You might have to not wear a bra, if that’s okay with you
