Lulus Dress. Striped and ribbed. V-neck front and back. Size XS Blue / dark Blue / navy (depending on what you call that shade of blue) with white stripe. I would say it’s a midi dress but depends on your height and size. Kind of. Mermaid / ruffle detail to skirt.
