Lulu's Cut Out on the Town Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @clogger98. Its a great dress, I just don't have a place to wear it. I'd love to get it to a new home where it will be worn. The previous owner wore it once and I haven't worn it at all. Consider bundling!
