Lulus Burnout Velvet Midaxi Gown Dark Romantic Whimsigoth size L NWT has Flaws

Lulus dress is NWT but has a couple flaws. The left shoulder strap is twisted in the back and I wasn't able to fix it - see photo - , also, there is a minor pull on outside left front seam of skirt panels close to the waist - see photo - less than 1.5 inches long and not very noticeable. The seam itself is intact. Otherwise, the dress is NWT and no other blemishes noted. This is a dramatic burnout velvet gown that is fully lined with a long front slit and adjustable spaghetti straps, sure to bring attention. It has a tie belt that is included. Measures app'x: 17 inches pit to pit, 15 across waist, 22 hips with slight flare out skirt. The bodice has chest darts. Please check measurements.
