Good used condition, with no stains. A cute and charming navy blue floral mini dress, with a skater silhouette. Has short flutter sleeves, a v-neck with a tie front, a small front keyhole, a long back keyhole, and an elastic back waist. There is some wear at the back collar, behind the tag (last photo). Measurements: Width, from underarm to underarm: 16 1/2" (Runs small in my opinion; please compare measurements with a similar item you own.
